I can live with it, because instant torque. Plus if lots of people buy electric, more Dino juice for enthusiasts.

Honestly, I never trust surveys, especially about the youth. Assuming that it is true and 20% of the future population still wants ICE, that’s enough of a chunk of the market for a couple companies to market for. Also, ICE doesn’t necessarily mean they’re reliant on oil.

I really hope not. People who can’t explain Suck, Squeeze, Bang, Blow should not be in charge of emission regulations

“Hopefully we get smart and continue to pioneer in nuclear power (using modern reactor designs). These 14-17 year olds must overcome the shortfalls of the current millenial generation of complete and utter sacks of worthless shit.”
Who wants to bet the writer of this comment is impotent.

I like this comment
“Today news: young people are ignorant and easily influenced by what the media tells them it is right for them (which is always the most expensive and wasteful option for them). Also, they are imbecile, because if you ask them they all are ecologists, but then they buy technology that is far more expensive, bloated, uglier, buggier, and power-hungry (e.g. smart watches) instead of the best option according to their ideological stance (watches). And that is because they do not believe in ecology, but in labeling themselves as ecologists to achieve higher status in their dumb cult.
Electric cars are like that, useless, impractical and expensive toys, but for these brainwashed morons they are the only option to climb positions in their moronic sect. Of course companies want to take advantage of these idiots, they are fools with a lot of money and no sense of judgment.”

Sounds like 100 years ago this man would have been preaching the virtues of the horse and denouncing those pesky, complicated, frivolous motor cars.
